ULTRASONIC TRANMITTER - HIGH VOLTAGE LINEAR PULSE AMPLIFIER

The RF pulse amplifier was designed for the ultrasonic transducer excitation using either the short pulses or controlled sequences like chirp, Golay or Barker codes. The amplifier can deliver 140 Vp‑p pulses into 50 Ω load at 40 MHz.
